Infu AI ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application Infu AI (the "App").
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide directly:
- Account information (email address, display name) when you create an account or sign in with Apple
- Character details you provide during character creation (name, gender, age, appearance attributes such as eye color, hair color, skin tone, body type, and style preferences)
- Custom prompts and scene descriptions you enter for photo and video generation
- Content you create within the App (AI-generated characters, images, and videos)
- Communications when you contact our support team
Information collected automatically:
- Device information (device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers)
- Usage data (features accessed, interactions within the App, session duration)
- Log data (IP address, access times, app crashes and diagnostics via Sentry)
- Analytics data (feature usage patterns via Mixpanel)
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the App and its features
- Process your subscription and manage your account
- Generate AI characters, images, and videos based on your inputs (see Section 5 for details on third-party AI processing)
- Respond to your support requests and communications
- Send important notices about updates or changes to the App
- Analyze usage patterns to improve user experience
- Detect, prevent, and address technical issues or fraud
3. Subscription & Payment Information
Infu AI offers subscription-based access to premium features. All payments are processed through Apple's App Store. We do not collect, store, or have access to your credit card or payment information. All billing is managed by Apple according to their terms and privacy practices. Subscription management, including RevenueCat, is used to track your subscription status only.
4. Data Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information only in the following circumstances:
- AI content generation (fal.ai): Character appearance details, generated image URLs, and scene/style descriptions are sent to fal.ai for the sole purpose of generating AI images and videos. See Section 5 for full details.
- Authentication & database (Supabase): Account information and app data are stored securely on Supabase cloud infrastructure.
- Subscription management (RevenueCat): Subscription status and purchase data are managed through RevenueCat to verify your plan.
- Crash reporting (Sentry): Anonymous crash logs and diagnostics are sent to Sentry to help us fix bugs and improve stability.
- Analytics (Mixpanel): Anonymous usage data is sent to Mixpanel to help us understand how users interact with the App.
- Legal requirements: When required by law, regulation, or legal process.
- Safety: To protect the rights, safety, or property of our users or the public.
5. Third-Party AI Data Processing
Infu AI uses fal.ai, a third-party AI service, to generate AI images and videos. When you use the App's generation features, the following data is sent to fal.ai:
Data sent during character creation:
- Character appearance attributes (gender, age, skin tone, face shape, eye color, hair color, hair length, hair type, body type, clothing style)
- Additional character details (extras, interests, country) used to build the character description prompt
Data sent during photo generation:
- Character avatar image URL (previously generated image used as a reference)
- Scene description, expression, camera angle, and aspect ratio
- Custom prompts (if you choose the custom scene option)
Data sent during video generation:
- Character avatar image URL
- Motion type, expression, and duration settings
- Custom prompts (if provided)
How fal.ai processes your data:
- fal.ai processes the above data solely to generate the requested AI content (images and videos).
- fal.ai does not use your data for training AI models or for any purpose other than fulfilling your generation request.
- Generated content is returned to the App and stored in your account.

Your consent: Before any data is sent to fal.ai, the App will ask for your explicit consent through an in-app dialog. You may choose not to consent, in which case you will not be able to use the AI generation features. Your consent is stored locally on your device and can be managed through the App.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. Generated images and videos are stored in your account until you delete them. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at support@infuai.com.
7. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. Authentication tokens are stored securely on your device. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children's Privacy
Infu AI is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal data, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.
9. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access, update, or delete your personal information
- Object to or restrict the processing of your data
- Request a portable copy of your data
- Withdraw consent for AI data processing at any time
- Request information about what data has been shared with third parties
