1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Infu AI, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction) and agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Infu AI is an AI-powered application that allows users to create virtual influencer characters, generate realistic AI photos and videos with customizable camera angles, facial expressions, scenes, and style filters. The App is available on a subscription basis with certain features accessible for free.
3. Subscription Terms
Please read this section carefully as it contains important information about your subscription.
Subscription Plans: Infu AI offers auto-renewable subscription plans that provide access to premium features. Details of available plans and pricing are displayed within the App before purchase.
Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. All payments are processed through Apple's App Store.
Auto-Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same rate.
Managing Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings. Go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on your iOS device.
Free Trial: If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription. The subscription will begin at the end of the free trial period.
Refunds: All subscription purchases are subject to Apple's refund policies. We do not directly process refunds. To request a refund, please contact Apple Support or visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
4. User-Generated Content
You retain ownership of the content you create using Infu AI. However, by using the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the App.
You are solely responsible for the content you create and share. You agree not to use the App to create content that:
- Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
- Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
- Impersonates any person or entity, or misrepresents your affiliation
- Contains sexually explicit material involving minors
- Promotes violence, discrimination, or hatred
- Violates any applicable law or regulation
5. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, features, code, AI models, and branding, is owned by Infu AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or its underlying technology without our prior written consent.
6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Content generated by Infu AI is created using artificial intelligence technology. While we strive for high quality and realism, we make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content. AI-generated characters are fictional and do not represent real individuals.
7. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks
- Use the App to generate misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive content
- Create content that could be used for identity fraud or impersonation
- Use automated systems or bots to access the App
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the App
8. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the App's reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infu AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the App.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Infu AI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
12. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Infu AI operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
